This sport is always on my mind.

“Linsanity”

So just how good is Jeremy Lin?

Its really hard to tell if a point guard is talented these days with all the other point guards, don’t agree with me? Okay, well check out this list I have created of point guards I would be happy to have run my team: Derrick Rose, Ricky Rubio, Norris Cole, Jameer Nelson, Jarret Jack, Ty Lawson, Darren Collison, Rajon Rondo, Deron Williams, Chris Paul, Jeremy Lin, Mo Williams, Brandon Jennings, Steve Nash, Tony Parker, Russell Westbrook, Stephen Curry, Jrue Holiday, and Jason Kidd. You see, there are so many talented point guards that you can’t really pick a star out them. I think that Lin will continue to flourish with the Knicks, but this organization  seems to trade young talent away or let them go like: David Lee, Zach Randolph, Nate Robinson, Trevor Ariza, and Jamaal Crawford. For this situation I think the Knicks will keep Lin, although we will have to see. I think most of it is how D’Antoni sets up the offense.

  1. This is definitely the ‘Tebowtime’ of the NBA!

agreed. But people are failing to see anything besides the points and assists he is racking up. Lin does have so severe flaws. He is shooting 16.7% from three which is second worst among starting PGs (John Wall couldn’t hit a triple if his life depended on it) and in Lin’s 4 starts this season he is leading the league is turnovers with a horrifying 5.5 per game. Sure he has brought some positives to the Knicks and the league but overtime those things lose you games and soon Lin will fade back to an average guard.

      • Your right about being an average guard. The thing is an average NBA guard is just what the Knicks need. I think he may be leading them in the right direction.

    • Yeah, I think Tebow is a way bigger story and everything, but Lin is a NBA alternative for Tebow.
